Your mission
As a forwarding employee, you make sure goods are shipped smoothly and correctly from point A to point B. Thanks to your structured approach and strong communication skills, you keep a clear overview and coordinate everything perfectly with customers and partners.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be the main contact for your clients, managing their export files from A to Z.
- You’ll follow up from departure at the supplier to final delivery at the customer.
- You’ll coordinate with all parties involved (handling agents, shipping lines, carriers, etc.).
- You’ll check incoming and outgoing invoices.
- You’ll handle any complaints and always look for the best possible solution.
Your profile
- You preferably have experience or an interest in logistics, forwarding, import/export.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and very good English. French is a plus.
- You work accurately and always keep the overview.
- You’re stress-resistant and switch easily between different tasks.
- You’re a strong communicator and solution-oriented.
