At Naxco Belgium we are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative with expertise in forwarding, import, and export.
Your Role:
As a member of our ocean freight team, you will be the key contact for our customers. You will analyze their needs and prepare competitive quotations based on your assessments. You ensure precise follow-up and are always ready to address questions and tackle challenges.
Your responsibilities include:
- Customer Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their specific needs.
- Quotations: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and ensure timely follow-up.
- Problem Solving: Approach every problem as a challenge and communicate carefully with all parties involved to find solutions.
- Knowledge and Development: Stay updated on the latest industry developments and company policies to consistently provide the best service.
- Multilingual Communication: While office communication is primarily in Dutch, you are also able to address customers in their preferred language, whether it’s Dutch, French, or English. You are willing to improve your language skills if necessary..
