Your mission
As a forwarding, you ensure that goods are shipped smoothly and correctly from their place of departure to their destination. Thanks to your structured approach and communication skills, you effortlessly maintain an overview and coordinate everything perfectly with customers and partners.
What will you be doing?
- You are the point of contact for customers and manage their import files from A to Z.
- You follow up on files from departure at the supplier to delivery to the customer.
- You coordinate with all parties involved (handling agents, shipping companies, carriers, etc.).
- You check incoming and outgoing invoices.
- You handle any complaints and look for the best solutions.
Your profile
- You preferably have experience or affinity with logistics, freight forwarding, import/export.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and very good English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You work accurately and always maintain an overview.
- You are stress-resistant and switch effortlessly between different tasks.
- You have a can do attitude and good communication skills
